39H Safety Review: Identity and Evidence Limits

The name 39H and the domain alone do not verify an outside operator, company registration, licence or affiliation. This guide has not established those facts through a reviewed primary source. The absence of verification supports neither a safety endorsement nor an accusation.

The source uses browser localStorage for wallet balance and fractional carry. The template declares Google Fonts; the production builder declares Statinside visitor analytics counter 44. Actual browser capture is pending. These facts establish neither anonymity, complete request coverage nor server-retention practices. The demo has no login or payment-cashier flow, and its virtual coins cannot be withdrawn. That does not establish an outside company’s financial standing or payout reliability.

Reloading an unfinished round keeps its stake deducted without refund, return or resume.
